Eric & Monica Little — Founders and Lead Pastors

Their ministry journey has been shaped by grassroots church planting, leadership development, discipleship, family and community ministry, and a desire to see the Church move beyond spectatorship into active Kingdom service.

Having previously pioneered church plants in Orlando, Florida, and the Charlotte-area community, Eric and Monica bring years of firsthand experience building ministry from the ground up—walking with people, developing leaders, cultivating community, and navigating the realities of pioneering new works.

At the heart of their leadership is a conviction that healthy ministry should develop healthy disciples, strong families, capable leaders, authentic community, and people who are prepared to serve and be sent.

They also carry a strong desire to see the Body of Christ reflect the diversity of God's Kingdom. Impact is being intentionally cultivated as a place where people across cultures, generations, and backgrounds can build meaningful relationships and pursue God's purposes together.

Eric and Monica aren't looking to build Impact alone. They are looking for Kingdom-minded men, women, couples, families, emerging leaders, and community builders who will help shape the culture and become part of the foundational leadership community of Impact.

Our Story

A Burden to Build Something That Makes an Impact

Impact Assembly Outreach Center was born from a burden in the hearts of Eric and Monica Little: What would happen if the presence of the Church became so meaningful to a community that its absence would genuinely be felt?
Over the years, we have seen communities with numerous churches, sometimes even several congregations along the same street, yet too often there is limited collaboration across congregations and cultures and too little visible, tangible transformation in the surrounding community.
We believe the Church is called to be more than a place people attend. It should be a living expression of the love of Jesus Christ—strengthening families, developing people, serving neighborhoods, building bridges across cultures, and bringing spiritual and practical transformation wherever God has planted it.
Our desire is to help build a diverse, Kingdom-minded community where people from different ethnicities, generations, backgrounds, and life experiences can genuinely belong, grow, serve, and lead together.
This vision comes from experience as well as conviction. Together, we have pioneered two grassroots church plants: one in Orlando, Florida, where we served for approximately five years, and another in the Charlotte-area community, where we served for approximately three and a half years.
Impact Assembly Outreach Center represents a new chapter.
This time, we are stepping forward in North Carolina with a vision deeply rooted in our own hearts: to build a community of disciples and leaders whose presence spiritually enriches, practically strengthens, and lovingly engages the communities we serve.
We want to become the kind of church that doesn't merely exist in a community, but becomes an unmistakable blessing to that community.
Rooted locally. Reaching the nations.
